Recently, a Mac formatted hard disk came in for data recovery. Previously, I have read data from Apple's HFS+ file system (also known as Mac OS Extended) using TestDisk and other similar tools, on my Windows 10 machine. I usually dump the recovered data onto a FAT or NTFS drive. However, this particular client wanted the data to be delivered on a new 3TB external disk formatted in HFS+ format.
Original post at: https://www.warrenasia.com/blog/how-to/create-hfs-plus-partition-and-writing-to-hfs-without-a-mac/

Do you need to generate an email delivery report after sending out a newsletter? Or create an email delivery report for a client who complains that their emails are not being delivered? This used to be a tedious, manual process of logging into the WHM panel, filtering the required records in the Mail Delivery Reports module, and then copying, pasting and formatting the data into a spreadsheet, to be presentable to the end-client.
Original post at: https://www.warrenasia.com/blog/how-to/generate-email-delivery-reports-using-php-and-whm-api/

For about a decade, I have been using Microsoft's Natural Ergonomic 4000 keyboard. I started off with the wireless desktop set, which cost about INR 7,000. It only lasted for a couple of years. I shifted back to a regular keyboard for a while, but found it very uncomfortable, after having used Microsoft's ergonomic keyboard.
Original post at: https://www.warrenasia.com/blog/how-to/fix-issue-with-microsoft-natural-ergonomic-4000-keyboard/

I have been helping people recover data from their hard disks, USB pen drives and other media for about 10 years now. Data recovery is a time-consuming and expensive process. And many times, clients have the tough decision of analysing the cost of recovery v/s the importance of their data. Is it worth recovering the data? I have some suggestions to make this decision a little easier:
Original post at: https://www.warrenasia.com/blog/how-to/how-to-backup-your-computer-data-and-synchronize-your-files-in-windows/
